OKSM 3500 - Automatic Armed Sizing Machine

The OKSM 3500 performs the block marble cutting process by turning the diamond wire with the help of an electric motor around a series of pulleys located on the movable arm. The movable arm makes an angular movement of approximately 75 degrees during the cutting process.  When the machine is running, the motor turns the diamond wire by moving the main pulley shaft, and thus the marble block is cut in the desired direction.  During cutting, the tension in the wire is controlled by the current drawn by the motor, and the angular motion of the lever is adjusted by current control.   Thus, the cutting process is completed. The OKSM 3500 is built on a rotating platform. Thanks to this, it has the capacity to rotate 360 degrees. Thanks to this feature, it can easily cut blocks placed around the machine. However, there is a rail under the rotating platform that can increase the length. The machine moves on the rail, its linear position is easily adjusted. All these features allow the cutting process to be performed without changing the location of the block marbles placed around the machine, just by moving the machine. Unlike other classic counting machines, the OKSM 3500 stands out with the advantages it provides both in preparation for the cutting time and in terms of cutting speed. In addition, the fact that it is remotely controlled and can be controlled by a single operator provides significant advantages in terms of time and labor. However, it also attracts attention from the point of view of job security.
